The Passing DLC is now available for download for FREE to all PC and 360 owners of Left 4 Dead 2.  The DLC consists of a brand new campaign where you’ll run into some familiar faces from Left 4 Dead.  With the new campaign comes new “uncommon” common zombies, the fallen survivor – this guy will drop a health kit, molotov cocktail or pipe bomb, and some pills.  He’s a zombie I’m happy to see.  There is a also an new melee weapon, a golf club; along with the melee weapon there is the m60, a big, bad son of a bitch of a gun.  But that’s not all folks, this update also brings something called “Mutations”, It’s a new game play mode and what it is, is a weekly event every Friday to Thursday that Valve will announce in the in-game blog.  The first event is realism versus; realism rules apply for both zombies and survivors.  A mic will be necessary too not suck.  Next week’s event will be announced this upcoming Thursday.
